I started using this toner to replace this line's outgoing toner for normal to oily skin, which I loved, but I like this even better. It's not tingly, like the older formula, but feels like I get a better clean sweep with this toner. The smell is nice, softly minty with sweet, floral undertones. Highly recommend!
