I'm one of those people who have long nails that get snagged on everything. There also hard nails, some would consider me lucky. Although i've never had to bother with fake nails, i have had to make sure an emery board goes with me everywhere. I've ruined shirts by a broken nail tearing holes in them. When I got this, i really needed it. I used it pretty throughly on my nails and it did a good job, but just after 2 weeks it's barely filing my nails at all. it's worn so thin it's useless. I wouldn't suggest this product. It won't last nearly as long as you'll need it to, or pay for it to.
