Thank you for the recent order of "Ahava Mineral Foot Cream". I received the order in good condition, but was very disappointed that it came from the US. At the time of ordering was not certain it came from the US. This item cost me a lot of money as US exchange was added on and then when it arrived a cost of $10.00 duty charge was added making the price for each foot cream $27.50 Cad. Is their not some way we could be advised when shopping online for products to let us know it will come via the US?? If I had known would have looked further to purchase at a CAD store and save the Duty and US exchange charges!!!!! I thought I read all the details thoroughly, but could not find anywhere that it would come via the US. Sorry for bringing this to your attention, but feel I must not be the only person upset about this very issue! When I was travelling in the Middle East got it much more reasonable. This is a very good product. Since I am diabetic must be careful what I use on my feet.
I have ordered many books through Amazon and they have all come in CAD dollars, but if they were to come in US, I would expect you to inform me before I order them! Thank you for your good service in the past.
The only other concern is that we ordered DVD's through a Company recommended to us from Amazon. It is not possible to watch the series as they came from a fraud/scam/ pirated and are not possible to watch and have no idea where to return for refund. Why can't Amazon fiqure out who these fraud artists are and not advertise for them. We are now out the movie series, and out the charge, plus shipping and handling and duty costs as well. This was a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!!!
