The negative reviews are wrong, wrong, this stuff works, I have tried the expensive stuff from murad to dermatalogist prefered stuff. I use all the steps according to the directions and it is wonderfull. It is compatible with neutrogina and St Ives scrubs. I mix either of these with the cleanser to get the exfoliation I need. and continue twice a day. I went in for a facial 6 months after use and the esthetician couldn't believe the results. I use at night and in the morning and go through the same regeim everyday. I had bad acne and blemishes. I was a picker. It also helped that I had my husband put a dimmer switch in our bathroom so I couldn't see the evidence of imperfections. Anyway don't believe the negative hype proactive has nothing on this product. Trust!!!
