Customer Review: don't bother, buy AcneFree SEVERE for only $10 more

AcneFree works better (for me) than Proactive and at half the cost. But, I switched to AcneFree Severe about 12 months ago. I went from having 3 pimples a week, to 3 pimples a MONTH. Spend the $10 more and get severe. It won't burn your skin, and I don't even wash twice a day, just once in the morning, and I don't even use step 4 of sever at night.
For on the spot pimples you can see coming in before you go to bed, use AcneFree Terminator 10 - that is hit or miss, but it does work.

This stuff is great. The first week my skin was really rough (only to the touch, you couldn't tell by looking) which worried me, but after some research it turned out just to be my skin adjusting to the benzoil peroxide.
It's been 2 weeks and my skin is pretty much completely clear. I didn't have a serious acne problem, but a big "i lean on my hand all day at work" problem, and this stuff cleared up everything with no "red face" like i've seen proactive do to lots of people.

My acne has been pretty bad for a while and I was deciding between this and the Severe Acne treatment that AcneFree also puts out and chose the gentler sounding one. I used this product for a few weeks with basically no change in the condition of my skin so I decided to try the Severe Acne treatment and have been very satisfied with the results. So if you're having trouble deciding between which treatment to get, I would certainly recommend the Severe Acne treatment over this one.Customer Review: Worked for a while...

I bought AcneFree a couple months ago when I ran out of my beloved Klear Action. I thought they would be interchangeable, but I was soooo wrong. It did work for a while, but then I suddenly started getting those deep cysts on my chin, something I hadn't experienced in a couple of years on Klear Action, then next to my nose....even now, it's hard to cover them up with makeup. I'm fed up -- I'm sure it works for some people, but I'm not one of them. Going back to KA.Customer Review: My skin is worse than before use it

After my 30s I begin to have acne, I never had it before. So, I tried AcneFree and after the second day using it only once a day I had a very bad allergy reaction that I needed to go to see a doctor. It's 2 days without using it and my face is still red, burning, itching and puff. This morning I almost couldn't open my eyes because it was very puffy. I'm felling horrible and my face was much prettier before. If you have a SENSITIVE SKIN, don't try it.
