I'm 20 and still struggling with my skin. I have moderate acne, but extremely sensitive skin. I've been to so many dermatologists over the years, but all of their products irritated my skin too much. I think this product was different for me because of the time released benzoyl peroxide. Normally I can't use bp because my skin will get extremely red and start peeling, no matter how much lotion I use or how infrequent I use the medicine. The first day I used these products, my skin looked immediately better. Less red and for once, no new breakouts in the morning! That lasted for about three days and then I started to get dried out and thus, new breakouts. I wish I had started using this in the summer instead, because then it would have been perfect! Now I use a very mild cleanser in the morning and then their lotion and spot treatment. I can use all three at night, but with my aveeno calming lotion on top of everything. It helps to control my acne so long as I'm not pmsing. I'm not going to claim it's a miracle product, but this is definitely the first kit out of the many I've tried that has consistently helped to control my breakouts.
