These two elements are 100% miscible with water, non-evaporative, non-comedogenic to skin and anti-oxidant by nature. This formula contains no hazardous components under current OSHA definitions.

Doesn't work at all. It's sudsy like it has a soap base, but couldn't get any of the nail polish off, even scrubbing over and over.
