I used to use Carmol 10 but this product is no longer available. I now use Aqua Care since it also has 10% Urea and is an excellent replacement for Carmol 10. I have very dry skin and this product takes care of the problem. It absorbs directly into the skin without leaving the skin sticky. Excellent product.
