Nice mitt, with a cloth side and a rougher, more loofah-like side. Has openings on either side for use with either left or right hand. Great for gentle exfoliation. I have extrememly dry skin that flakes off in scales, and it does a nice job of helping to remove the looser ones. Works even better if one uses an exfoliating scrub. The companion back scrubber is excellent- nice and long.
