Customer Review: Product too old but normally great--Service 5 stars to Salonco and Amazon

This product is normally the best for my short somewhat spiked hair and the smell is fabulous. Artec is no longer making this product so I was quite excited about seeing it on Amazon. Unfortunately the product must have been too old and was totally unusable. With that said...these things happen and within a few hours of sending my email to Amazon (they forwarded it on to Salonco), my account was fully credited. That is why 5 stars is definitely earned for the service and if you really think about it, that's probably the most important rating anyway. If the service falters, what good is the product. This was my first time using Amazon, but it won't be my last. In fact, more companies still have supplies of this hair adhesive and I plan on trying them--I really love e.tex.
