Customer Review: The only ALL Natural Aloe Vera I could find

I bought this Aloe Vera tonic at the Whole Foods Market. I read the labels to all the other brands and this was the only one that can truly say it is all natural. After washing my face and applying Kiss My Face Toner, I apply Aubrey Aloe Vera all over my face and add an extra layer over problem areas (like red spots and acne). My face feels lightly hydrated without the greasy or heavily wet feeling you get with other products. I'm only 24 and I'm using this product along with a daily mineral sunscreen to prevent scars, discoloration, age spots, and wrinkles. Others have noted that it makes their skin look younger and wrinkle free.
My mom is a chef and often gets burns on her face from hot oil splashing. She uses real aloe vera plants from the garden and applies it directly to her face. This has done wonders for her, leaving her scar free. This is what made me a believer in Aloe in the first place.
Aubreys is liquidy because there are no additives that make it gel like. I would recommend putting it in a small spray/mist bottle, and spraying it directly over your face.

In preparation for summer, this seems an essential product. Not only will Aloe Vera heal the skin, it presents a cooling alternative to heavier creams and lotions. This is purely Aloe Vera with citrus seed extract and vitamin E for preservation. You have to keep this product in the refrigerator after opening. Which is great because then it is always cold.
Because this is so natural, the product is somewhat liquid and a little goes a long way. The consistency may vary, but the one I received looks just like freshly pressed aloe vera and this could be added to homemade beauty products you are using soon after you make them.
The high absorption of this product is impressive and
there is no sticky feel. You can use it as a cooling
hand moisture treatment and seconds later, all you will notice is your skin plumping slightly and feeling smooth and very soft.

I have oily and acne-prone skin and I have been fighting with adult acne for years. From what I can tell is that my skin is not hydrated enough, so it produces somehow excessive sebum trying to keep the moisture. If I use alcohol based toner/astrigent, the alcolol dries out my skin even more. I have been trying all kinds of facial moiturizer from designer bands to those doctor's lines. Lots of money and time wasted till I tried this Aloe Vera.
After I wash my face, I put this Aloe Vera juice on as a toner, followed by regurlad moisturizer and sunscreen. (I may leave out those moisturizer someday.) Only a day or two, I can really tell the difference. My skin is plum and soft, much less oil/shine on my face. My skin is calmed down by this aloe vera juice. Red marks after acne is less notible. With this new skin care routine and regular exfoliation, my acne is gone and no more.

This is what I've been looking for for a loooong time. Aloe Vera without all the chemicals. If you read the ingredient lists on your regular aloe vera lotion / gel that you can buy in any grocery store, there are always chemicals added to make the aloe vera juice into a gel. Aubrey Organics' Aloe Vera does not contain these additives. What you get is pure aloe vera with just a bit of natural grapeseed extract in it (which is also good for your skin!). That's why the consistency is a bit different, too. It's more like juice, kind of runny, but that's how aloe vera is in nature. It goes on your skin nicely and sinks in completely without the residue that you get from commercial gels. Wonderful product! Keep it in your fridge to prolong its shelf life and to add to its skin cooling and restoring properties! I'm hooked and won't buy any other aloe vera product anymore.Customer Review: Well, I think its awful

it creates a paste on our face
it feels very dry when after a few minutes on your skin
doesn't absorb through skin, as you can wash it off in the morning
seems to make a dry white chalk like paste on your skin
so instead I bought some fresh aloe leaves and applied it to my face

Has a glue like texture , its like putting glue on your face
However, castor oil also has a glue like texture, yet castor oil feels much better, it washes off very easily, and actually feels good on your skin despite having a glue-like thickness.
However, aloe vera gel is like putting glue on your face and experiencing lots of pain and discomfort. And whatever you do dont put it in your hair, it causes flakes
