I was looking for a long time for a product that didn't contain artificial/carcinogenic preservatives, colorants etc. This is the product that is as natural is it can get! Instead of adding preservatives, Aubrey recommends to keep the liquid in your fridge. This is easily done and certainly worth it considering you are eliminating the necessity of synthetised preservatives. REALLY RECOMMENDED FOR PEOPLE WHO ARE LOOKING FOR REAL NATURAL PRODUCT!Customer Review: Worked great!

My cat's heels were raw and scabbed because of weight-loss due to his heart medication, and I needed a natural topical solution that wouldn't harm him if he licked it off. My vet suggested 100% pure aloe vera. Sadly, my cat went into heart failure in November 2008, but in the last few weeks of my boy's life, this aloe did work in healing raw heels. I've used it myself a few time on extremely dry patches of skin and it works great!Customer Review: Not what I expected

"I was hoping that the aloe vera gel would have been a jelly like substance. But instead it was watery. So I was dissapointed. It seems more siutable for drinking instead of applying to the body, as I figured it was for. I would not recommend drinking it, but for application to the skin, I am not too sure. Hopefully I would find a pure aloe vera product that is more "jelly-like" instead of watery."

I guess I should have read the reviews first. Thist is not Aloe Vera Gel. It's just watery aloe vera. Like the stuff you can drink as a supplement. Disappointing. I wanted something that would soothe my adult acne, but sadly, this just fell right off my face. While I was in Peru, I worked at a frog hospital. I used Aubrey Organics - 100% Pure Aloe Vera Gel to massage into my leper girlfriend's dry skin.
It works very well and keeps the skin moisturized. When we were out, we used the real Aloe Vera plant. In it's most basic form, Aloe Vera is a most potent sticky, pus-like liquid.
