I love this shampoo. It gives your hair nice body and shine. The
only thing you have to remember, is to use enough water while lathering. Otherwise, it is sometimes hard to work through hair.

I've tried differnt kinds of organic shampoos and conditioners but this is the best shampoo and so is the Swimmer's conditioner since I go swimming everyday. my hair is unbelievably soft.
