I bought this based on recommendation of my acupuncturist to assist me in sleeping better through the night given the stress and meds I was on for IVF: 4th cycle. It helped me relax : kinda stopped whirling thoughts. Be warned, it is only 4ml in a big brown bottle so you can't see it and you would think the bottle is empty. I first thought there was nothing in it and I had spent $60/-. Big surprise: The bottle comes with a green spout which releases very small drops of it on tapping against my hand, which I then rub on my forehead and fall asleep with. I have used it for over 2 wks and it still retains its volume!
