I suppose it works for what it's meant to be used for. I don't actually know why I bought it because I rarely burn but I wanted to see if the "freeze" part of it would help me cool down. I can kinda feel it but it's not like 10 degrees cooler around me or anything. It's kinda just like a minty fresh feeling and that's how it smells too. At first I couldn't quite make out what the smell was and thought it was just gross but then I was like "Oh it's mint. Ok Well, yeah it does smell like mint." I suppose it would help with a burn cause it's Aloe, and I like the continuous spray factor because it's easier to apply but the freeze part isn't like icy hot without the hot or anything so don't get it for just that.
