Customer Review: Not a Mosquito Repellant

I read something quite awhile ago that recommended Skin So Soft for mosquitoes. The information/article stated that soldiers exposed to the elements used this product and with so much success that they were requesting relatives to send it to them regularly. I tried it and it didn't work nearly as well for me. I live in Florida which has mosquitoes as big as jets especially if you live by the water, so I knew this would be a big challenge for any product. I had high expectations for this product and was extremely disappointed. It also failed to repel many other bugs during my time outdoors. As far as mosquito repellant goes, experts recommend to using repellant with DEET for effectiveness. Keep in mind there have been questions regarding the safety of DEET, so double check to make sure it's ok for you to use if you have health issues or very young children. I've used OFF! Deep Woods for the big bugs in my area and have had much better success.
