I don't know if Axe products will get you ultra-hot women like the commercials suggest but the one thing they will do is get you clean!! The 'Axe Primed Just Clean Shampoo, 12-Ounce Bottle' is a great smell, good performing product. I didn't have any reactions to it with my very sensitive skin and I smelled good and had a great experience with it!!
If you are looking for a cost-effective shampoo that will get you clean and ready for the day this is a sure hit!!

My husband used this shampoo and was impressed with it at all. Although he felt it cleaned his hair alright, he felt more strongly that it made his hair very dry ("like a haystack" is how he put it). Although I thought it smelled good out of the bottle, I could not smell it on his hair, even immediately after he used it. For a product like this I definitely thought the scent would (and shoul) stick around longer than opening the bottle.
We would not buy this again.

It's so hard to find shampoo products for men. You go to the store and find one or two aisles for women's hair and one little cubby hole of a space for us guys. We don't want to smell like flowers and fruits, so this Axe shampoo was a pleasant surprise. It smells good and leaves you feeling clean. That's all a guy really wants in a shampoo and this one delivers. As far as attracting women just by the scent goes, my girlfriend will be happy to know that it's just a marketing ploy.Customer Review: Recommend for Men

My husband tried this and he liked it except for its thickness.
I also tried it and it lathered very well and did make the hair feel very clean, however for a women it feels like it strips all the oils out and makes it dry. For men w/ shorter hair, I think the product is great and makes the scalp and hair feel extremely clean.
It also had a nice pleasant clean scent.
I'd definitely recommend this to shorter haired men.

Not only did my hubby like the scent, the clean feeling of his hair and beard but he also like the way the bottle was so much easier to use than that of other shampoos. I must say after he used the shampoo his beard puffed up really nicely. Nothing like a man with a soft beard that is great to snuggle with.
The scent was quite pleasing, not too strong like most men's products. Hubby said that this is a product he will most certainly use again.
