Customer Review: Great hair dryer, lint filter broken

I bought this dryer in March 2006 and absolutely love it. It dries my thick hair very fast and it seems that the tourmaline makes a difference (hair feels silkier).
The only drawback is that the outer lint filter is cheaply made. I noticed a few months ago that 2 of the three plastic prongs (used to lock the outer lint filter on to the dryer) were broken. Last night, the third one broke off and now the outer lint filter cannot attach to the dryer. I've sent an email to BAbyliss customer service and will let you know if they send me a spart part.
Otherwise, it is a great dryer. I hope that Babyliss will come thru and send me the part; this wasn't a cheap hair dryer!
