I was very impressed with this product. I too am in the process of switching over everything in the house to organic and safe for baby so this product is great. I found the reviews on safemama helpful. And if anyone is looking for products that are safe from baby or themselves this is a great website, along with the cosmeticdatabase website. The only thing I would have to disagree with is that this sunblock does not go on like toothpaste as many reviews have stated. Mine went on like butter and I am very happy for that seeing that my five month old is a squirmer. Love it!!Customer Review: Greasy, but safe

I really like that this sunscreen is natural and safe for babies--I use it on my 5 month old son. However, it's pretty greasy and I find I have to wash my hands after applying because it leaves a slick film on my hands no matter how long I try to rub it into his skin. It does provide excellent sun protection and my son hasn't burned at all since we've been using this. You definitely need to knead the tube before you apply as the directions state because the product does separate a bit. I wouldn't use it on myself because of the greasiness, but for my infant son it's great.Customer Review: Great Product!!

I love this stuff so far!! I haven't swam with it but it has held up against sweat when I workout outdoors. The only cons of the this stuff is that it does leave a thin white film on your skin. But I didn't feel that it was too greasy or smelt funny. I actually like the smell, it reminds me of Vitamin E glycerin soap. Anyone that complains about this stuff is crazy, I mean this is your skin we're talkin about. If you want to use chemicals that are actually causing skin cancer, (now they are finding out), go for it but I would rather use natural ingredients.Customer Review: Skin protection is excellent!!!

I did use this product and I also used it on my kids and the sunburn protection was excellent. The product is a thick white cream and the packaging was small compared to other sunscreen products. Once you apply the product you do have a bright white look to your skin which I didn't care for much. I do feel like it was alot more waterproof than other sunscreens bc of the texture of the cream. All in all, I would buy this product again because I bought it to protect me and my kids from being sunburned and it worked excellent without any re-application.Customer Review: great product

love it. i like the way it smells (light lavender) and feels. it isn't greasy, but you can tell it is there if you touch it. i wouldn't recommend it to darker toned people. it will make you look purple. i am very pale, and it works great for me, but i tested it on a friend with dark skin, and it was not good.
it does prevent me from burning and freckling (i am a redhead). people always comment on how young i look, and i believe it is from using sunblock on my face. i know it certainly isn't from a stress-free life! ;-)
