I enjoyed the get started kit but since I live in Wellington, New Zealand and Sephora purchases aren't allowed directly from the States - I had to view the colours online and had a friend ship them to me. The downside is that you are comparing your skin tone with what's available on the website. No two people are the same. Whilst the colour was totally dark on my skin; the colour chart on Sephora and Bare Essentuals webpage was much lighter. It said for Golden Skin Tone, however, it looked coffee dark brown on my skin. Perhaps, Bare Essentuals may want to consider other ethnic skin types, I am of South Asian ethnicity, and I am in between an olive and tan skin tone. However, the product itself has been great. I shall pass it on to a friend with that skin tone.
