I've been a long-time fan of BBW's Japanese Cherry Blossom line (or, as they like to call it now, JCB) and, to me, it's already a great scent that's nearly impossible to mess up. However, though I've been a BBW addict for almost a year now, there are still a number of products I haven't tried (I'm a fan of some of the good-old standbys), but of course, thanks to BBW's constant need to send "freebie" coupons to customers (which, of course, are meant to get you addicted to more products) I've been slowly branching out. This month's new item was the body butter -mostly because I've been looking for some a little more intense because my hands dry up like crazy in the winter.
I picked up the JCB body butter with one of the handy free coupons and am already in love with it. Now, the promise of "24 hours" of moisture doesn't quiet ring true for me -I have to reapply once each day, but that could just be my body chemistry. However, I was surprised at how different the consistenace and overall feel of the body butter is compared to the body lotion. It's thinner, but feels like it targets dryness much more effectively, leaving you with a highly moisturized feel and a faint scent of exotic awesome. Now, the body butter has a more subtle scent than the body lotion, and it seems to fade away more quickly, but it does the job.
Yeah, I'm totally sold on the body butter now -though it always seems like my local BBW tends to have a somewhat limited selection of scents...
