This product is very tacky and hard to apply to your eyelid area. It doesn't glide on, at all. Also, they say you can use it alone, without eyeshadow? Wrong! I tried that and all I was left with, where yellow eyelids. I looked like a clown. It doesn't match my fair skintone, and I have yellow undertones too. Im not sure it will match other people's either. I don't really know of anyone with this yellow of skin tone. Anyways, it did cover some imperfections(some what) and my eyeshadow seemed to stay on longer. But it's still a pain to apply and not to be worn alone!Customer Review: Not just for eyes...

I LOVE this product! This was one of the first benefit products I tried. I bought it in the Benefit Cosmetics Realness Of Concealness kit (which is a great way to try out lots of neat products). My eyelids are often red and the small blood vessels show through the skin. You gently pat this product on with the tip of your finger and viola! No more tired red eyes! I pat a little on under the eye as well as a brightener. It gives you a very refreshed look. It also works great all over your face. I use it anywhere I have redness, like blemishes or blotchiness.Customer Review: A Must Have

Benefit's Lemon-Aid is my eye miracle cure. I just dab a little bit on my eyelids and away goes all that nasty discolorization and in it's place a nice fresh look. I simply will not leave the house before applying Lemon-Aid.
In addition, this is the perfect eyeshadow base. Eyeshadow goes on much more smoothly and you actually use less shadow as the Lemon-Aid seems to make the colors so much more vibrant. To top it off, the color lasts all day.
Lemon-Aid is a "must have" and a "can't live without" - I highly recommend giving it a try!

Benefit Cosmetics Lemon-Aid is a wonder of a long-lasting product to use as a primer on eyelids before you apply your usual cosmetics.
Why use it? It seems to brighten your eyes and smooth your lids, effectively hiding any hint of irritation or discoloration. You might think that it is an unnecessary step, but I promise you that it will give you an ultra-polished finish that your shadow alone can't offer.

Benefit Lemon-Aid is an incredible product that I use every day. I have deep set eye sockets that always tend to look dark and tired. With just a small dab of Lemon-Aid, my eyes immediately appear brighter and, overall, I find it makes me look less tired. I use this both with and without eye shadow. Without eye shadow, my eyelids are uniform and bright (not at all yellow as the Lemon-Aid appears in the container!). With eye shadow, I find that I use a lot less shadow and get a much more intense and even color. Benefit hit the jackpot with Lemon-Aid.
