Customer Review: really nice product, a couple of minor shortcomings

This product is a really nice way to clean up your shower area. I had a shampoo and conditioner bottle that always collected water and turned moldy. I got sick of cleaning all of the mold off them and decided it was time to buy a dispenser.
I selected the Signature dispenser because I like the look and the reviews were very positive. Paying attention to other reviews, I carefully inspected the product upon receipt and just like another reviewer, I found the dispenser was cracked upon arrival. I contacted amazon and they immediately sent me a replacement which did not have cracks. Make sure to check the product for cracks before installing!
Installation was very simple. I cleaned my shower wall and then attached the unit using the supplied double-sided tape and silicon adhesive. I used a level to make sure I had it nice and level and then waited 24 hours before attaching the dispensers to the mounting bracket. Once installed, the product is very firmly attached to my wall. There is no wiggling or any sense that the product is loose. I feel comfortable that this product will remain in place for a very long time.
The product is smaller than you'd think looking at the pictures. This not a a bad thing but it does have some consequences. With my large male hands and the shallow depth of the dispenser, I find the product dispenses into my finger tips, not into the palm of my hand. This means I have to be careful to hold my fingers together to avoid the product squirting to the floor. I wish it dispensed a little further from the wall so it would land in the palm of my hand.
A slightly larger annoyance is the amount of product dispensed. I estimate about 1 teaspoon is dispensed with each pump. For my very short hair, I have to do 3 pumps of shampoo and 4 pumps of conditioner. Thankfully my wife is using different shampoo/conditioner products or else I'm sure she would make me return it as it would take her way too much pumping to get the amount of product she'd need for her longer hair.
One other complaint is that the pump button has a chrome finish even though the rest of the dispenser has a satin finish. The chrome shows water spots very badly (though the rest of the dispenser hides them nicely).
While I'm not sure there are better products out there, this one could use some slight improvements.
