I really like this shampoo. It has a great smell and leaves my hair clean but not stripped. Two things keep it from earning 5 stars. 1) I have used this product in the past and was only washing my hair every third day with great results. My hair never looked greasy or limp. However I now have to wash my hair every other day, and by the time day two rolls around I feel as though my hair is starting to look stringy. 2) I dont feel like I am seeing the volume I am accustomed to with this product. Now let me add I just had a baby five months ago, and my hair is going crazy. That is why I still gave 4-stars, I think it may be my hair and not the shampoo :)
