About 8 years ago, my hair was over-dyed, dry, damaged, brittle, split ends, you name it I found this shampoo on a great sale and decided to try it. One wash and it took away years worth of damage, my hair was touchable again. I don't use it everyday or even every week, just when my hair starts looking dull and frazzled, it perks it right back up. The only reason I gave it only 4 stars is the price, I don't like to pay this much money for shampoo. It works so well it's worth the occasional splurge.
I haven't spent the money for the conditioner so I have no idea how they work together.
