I recently had knee surgery and I needed a good massage cream to help with breaking up scar tissue and general deep tissue massage to help increase circulation and alleviate swelling and soreness. This cream works for quite a long time (holding its moisture) and the 14 OZ will go a very long way.
Biotone offers a few different creams with different viscosities depending on the type of massage you want. The thicker the cream the deeper the tissue massage will be. This product is a great middle ground allowing both deep tissue massage (muscle and tendon) as well as soft tissue (skin level scar tissue).
The best think about this product is that it is not an oil. Oils make a mess and stain clothing. This cream does neither.
