When i first recieved my body tools It was missing a tool.... the lancet was missing but when i contacted the company they were very nice and helpful and sent me the missing peice right away. the lancet is a screw type that is the only tool that is a little flimsy the twist screw doesnt securly look as tight as i would like but still works great. the tweasers are very stong and good steel...comparable to tweaserman. i would recoomment this kit for anyone for home use or school...the extractors i would compare to professional use
