Never a problem buying from Amazon but when there is I appreciate their customer response and resolution service. This item was shipped from another vendor and had no problems, although, item was sent as Braun 3000 series foil & cutter but upon investigation find that Braun no longer packages item as 3600 series. Do not be alarmed item is the same and needs to be clarified on Amazon.
