I got 12 cartridges, but instead of 6 packages of CCR-2, I got 4 packages of CCR-3. This is fine. The CCR-2 packages seem to be disappearing everywhere. I'll admit it might seem like a waste of money but the cleaner fluid works and leaves the razor with a decent scent. The title say it all. Cleaner cleans and lubricate razor, but doesn't last long enough to justify expense. If you skip using cleaner, razor performance diminishes quickly! You need the product.
