I ordered 7 bottles of Brut. The pkg. arrived with one bottle and stated 7 were enclosed. I contacted Scented Monkey and was told to call back the next day, then I went on the live chat only to wait 20 minutes before I reached an operator. The operator was checking the order out, but I never knew if there was someone there. Finally after a long wait they said they would reship my order. I typed back that the website said the item was out of stock and they never replied. The item has arrived, the website still says out of stock and the item doesn't smell like the original. The live chat took 45 minutes and the operator never signed off, basically just hung up. I am so done with them.
