I purchased this product after hearing some pretty decent reviews online. I use it just before washing in preparation for the shampoo step. Although it's a very thick product, it washes away easily leaving the hair moisturized and soft. This product does not leave any build up on the hair. I also love the heavenly smell. Adding a "pre-poo" step just before washing is a great practice for those of us who tend to have dry hair. Burt's Bee's Avocado Butter is really effective at helping to elevate moisture levels during your wash routine. I would definitely recommend!
