The only reason I didn't give this 5 stars is because it doesn't moisturize for long but it really does improve circulation! Put it on right after you shower and shave and it soaks right in and cools! I take my showers at night so I always get a little hot trying to get to sleep and this just cools me right off! It even helps when you have soar muscles. My husband had sore legs from running and I put this on him (after assuring him it wasn't girly) and he said it felt awesome and did help! It's VERY minty which I love...just don't get it in your eyes! And it's 100% natural so you don't have to wonder if there's any crap in it!
