I bought this Flat iron after so many failed attempts with other kinds. the cheep ones just made my hair sort of strait but mostly frizzy. This straightener made my hair so sleek and smooth and it only took me 5 minutes to straiten all of my hair. This Flat iron heats up super fast and is ready to go in about 1-2 minutes. I use it everyday and my hair stays healthy and looks great! This product is so worth every penny I spent on it and then some!Customer Review: Stopped working after two days

This is one of the poorest products we have ever purchased on Amazon. We purchased it for my daughter's birthday. It worked great for two days then just stopped. It will not turn on. I suspect it's a knock off. I tried e-mailing the supplier - DiscountsJungle - and no response. So now I have to try to figure out how to get a refund. What a pain. Don't waste your time with this or with DiscountsJungle, they are both a big disappointment.Customer Review: It really is HOT.

I LOVE my new CHI.
I don't have any complaints so far but be careful because it heats up really quickly and gets pretty darn hot! I wouldn't recommend anyone to use this everyday because you will damage your hair. I only use it once a week and my hair stays straight the whole week (as long as the weather is nice#.
I also bought the CHI iron guard #thermal protection spray) and so far so good as well.

I am pretty satisfied with the ceramic flat iron,although I was dissappointed to see it does not have a temperature control. I was surprised since it was advertised as being a salon model, so you would expect it to have a thermostat. It does do the job sufficiently but I think I would have ordered something else if I knew it didnt have a thermastat. It also doesn't steam the way salon irons do. The Chi Flat Iron is one of the best on the market. I had purchased it as a gift and was afraid it would not arrive in time. I was surprised that I received this item earlier than expected. It came early enough for my daughter, who was going out of town, talked me into giving it to her before her birthday. Thanks DiscountJungle. I had never heard of you before but I will definitely order items from you again.
