This is the third Chi I purchase in 10 years. The only reason I purchased this Pink Chi was because I loved the color. Honestly, I think the orginal Chi worked better. This Chi seems to Pull my hair. I was also worried about the authenticity, but I did my research and it's the real thing. (It's made by Farouk). It doesn't seem to get as hot as my old Chi, but still does the job.
