Customer Review: Item great, but not what I ordered

A RED Chi iron was advertised and that is what I bought. When the item came, it was pink, not red. The packing slip said that the red one was not available. Pink was fine, but the company that sent it did not know that. They did not contact me and ask if it was ok to send another color. This time it did not matter, next time it might. For this reason, I will not order from this company again and cannot recommend them.
