Shame on me--I bought the 2 fl. oz. size at Ulta and spent more than the price Amazon sells it for! Never again! But I had a coupon and really wanted to try this product. My beautician keeps this in her salon but has never used it on my hair despite my inquiries about it.
Last nite I was so tired but in a hurry and really needed to wash my hair. After rinsing my conditioner out, I applied the chi silk infusion sparingly, as reviewers suggested, from roots to tip. It took me a while since I have long, thick, coarse hair I have to section. I used nothing else since I wanted to see what it would do on its own. This stuff felt great but not greasy at all. Then I parted a small section that I could handle with the blow dryer (I used the wide tooth comb attachment and used the low setting) and couln't beleive it! The blower comb just glided down my hair and my hair dryed longer and much straighter and my hair felt like silk!!! It also seemed to help my hair dry 70% faster than it normally does! I only had to blow dry each section with no more than 3 comb strokes.
When I got done, my hair was smooth, silky, shiny (I could have used more product since my hair drinks up moisture), and straighter. Usually my hair shrinks when I wash and dry it and doesn't look longer until I get a re-touch. My hair was down to my bra hook-strap like I'd had a perm!
I called my beautician this morning and bragged about my results and she was shocked that my hair would do so well with this product! IF YOU'VE BEEN DECIDING TO USE THIS STUFF, DON'T HESITATE TO TRY IT. I DON'T THINK YOU'LL BE DISAPPOINTED! I AM HOOKED AND WILL GET MY MOM HOOKED ON THIS STUFF TOO!
