I had been looking for a Croc flat iron for a while but the prices seemed a little high. Then my friend's hairdresser recommended this one. I was pleasantly surprised to have received it way sooner than I thought! I plugged it in & oh my goodness.....I loved it!!!! It heated to 450 in a matter of seconds & it just slid through my hair like silk. No snagging or pulling. By far the best flat iron I've owned. I like it better than the Chi. Excellent product & you can't beat the price.
