I have used the caruso hair setter for years. I panicked when I couldn't find it on the shelf at wallmart when my old one quit. Finally realized duh look on line and my prayers were answered. I have extremely thick wavy hair and this works amazing and with having steam you have no hair damage.My hair curls so easy that by the time I get the last curler in I can actually start taking out the first one. Now my daughter in law who has never been able to curl her hair because it is super fine and straight now fights me for my hair setter because it works for her to. So for anyone out there looking for a hairsetter for all types hair I personally can gaurantee this is the one you want. Believe me stop looking and purchase now. I hoped to G they never stop making this hairsetter. I'd be lost without it.Customer Review: Incredible Curl and Shine !

This was my first purchase of any type of hot rollers. I have been a curling iron or hot curling brush person, but lately my hair has been seeing a lot of breakage and frizz from all of the appliances. I have shoulder length, fine hair and this Hot Steam Roller Set instantly gave my hair shine, bounce and amazing curls. The curls are still there when I wake in the morning. Amazing! It takes about 5 seconds to heat each roller and 5 seconds to roll it and clip it. The plastic clips are wonderful and securely hold the sponge rollers in place. I keep the rollers in my hair for a mere 5-6 minutes, finish getting ready, and voila - my hair is ready to go and receive compliments! I love this set. I tried Hot Rollers without the steam and was very disappointed in the results. Caruso rocks!Customer Review: The best and most fabulous hair rollers ever.

Wonderful! Simple to use with rollers heated one at a time, so the base unit is small. Each only takes 4-10 seconds of heating. Put one in your palm, take the heated one, and instantly put the next one on the unit in one move. Once you roll with the heated one, the next one is ready. The plastic shield clips are easy to use.
The only downer is the roller variety. You get 6 of each: jumbo, large, medium, small and petite. I really just want the first three. I wish they had sets of jumbo-large-medium and medium-small-petite. After I tried it once, I ordered more rollers. You may want to take all of our word for it, and order more at the same time as the unit to take advantage of the free shipping.
Nonetheless, fabulous and mine forever and ever.

The overall quality is very good and the system performs well.The steam is very gentle to the hair and forms long lasting curls.The draw backs are the sponge rollers and the clamps. While the rollers may work well for long or curly hair they don't work so well for medium or short straight hair. The sponge rollers do not grasp hair and it is almost impossible to coax the hair to wrap around roller. I finally resorted to purchasing velcro rollers, removing the velcro and hot glueing it around the Carusso sponge roller. The other problem is the clamp which holds the roller in place. It leaves a dent in the hair which has to be removed with a curling brush and blow dryer. I would give this product an A+ if the rollers and clamps were better designed but as is I give it a C.Customer Review: An awesome product

I have very curl resistant hair- straight as a board, actually. I borrowed my friend's set, and the curls lasted for four days! Well by the third day I *really* needed to wash my hair, but I was so impressed with the product that I'm looking for some for my self. Normally hot rollers or a curling iron will last for a few hours and then fall out; these curls remained bouncy and fairly tight (we used the small roller) for days. By the third day they had fallen out just a small bit. It's my understanding that this type of hair curler does not do the damage to your hair that using a curling iron will do. Which just makes the product that more attractive to me, frankly. I recommend this quite highly to anyone who wants to have nice curls that will last and last.
