I have used this product before and it seems to work like what I expected. My only issue is that shipping cost was almost the exact same price as the actual product. It is my fault for not noticing till after the purchase but if had I would have just bought it at a local salon for that total price. I have thick, coarse, relaxed hair and this product did nothing for me. I used it twice just to make sure. It was like I was putting nothing on my hair or just water. I always wind up using FHI hot sauce or CHI silk infusion to finish flat ironing my hair. I don't know if it's my hair type or if I'm just doing something wrong.Customer Review: Only CHI for my hair.

I honestly decided to go with this one because of the brand. I had to pair it with my CHI flat iron. It works well and has protected my hair from much potential damage.
It's a bit sticky, so make sure not to spray too much or too close to your hair, or it will have a hairspray-like texture.

If you have colored or treated hair DO NOT GET IT. The product contains alcohol and will affect the color of your hair. If your hair is natural, then get it. I REALLY hate the smell. It smells like a musky men's cologne. It is difficult to tell whether it is working, but it seems to be. I don't think anything can protect against heat damage 100%, but I'll take what I can get. It one bottle lasts for ages and it does not weight my hair down.
