Granted, there is a bias in this review because Cellex C is one of my favaorite product lines simply because I've never been disappointed in it.Created by a true professional, Lorraine Meisner, an outstanding cell biologist, Cellex C is Vitamin C based. Each product, of course, has a different amount of Vitamin C in it but every one that I've used has proven to be effective.
This eye cream absorbs easily so you don't go to bed with greasy ring around the eye. It's fragrance free and suitable for all skin types.
