This was purchased for an older woman who has used a neck mirror for decades. A jam nut that holds the mirror to the handle had not been tightened properly. The mirror came apart in 4 pieces. My husband put it back together the right way. Now it works well. The fact that the mirror both swivels and tilts right and left is a nice feature. Being metal, we hope it holds up better than plastic ones have. I thought the price was high, but this item is hard to find. It was delivered on time and matched the description.
