Good:
- a good oil/dirt cleanser and refresher
- makes a good toner underneath a moisturizer (if you don't rinse)
- aloe-type pads have been better on my (sometimes acne-prone) skin than other types (i.e. tea tree oil or salicylic acid)
- has not irritated any existing acne (as long as I don't scrub really hard--but everyone knows you shouldn't do that to your skin anyhow)
- cleans makeup well but would require several of them to get it all off (I use very light makeup and powder and it usually takes 2-3)
- they don't dry your skin too much
Bad:
- has a strong chemical smell (although I don't find it unpleasant)
- pads have a very scratchy texture--not for broken skin. You can lightly wipe your face with them and still get a good cleaning, though
- the pads will dry out if you don't use them quickly enough (especially the last few--apparently the sealing on the container is not that great--however, no problems with leaks)
Other notes:
- I would not use them too close to your eyes (or to remove eye makeup, obviously)--it won't irritate as badly as some other cleaners but it can sting and is probably a bad idea
Overall:
I am planning on buying this again. The price is decent and they work better than most other products of their type.
