Well I'm not sure what others are talking about with the soreness and hard to put on, etc - because personally I found them easy to put on and adjust, and they never hurt! So why am I giving it 3 stars? Well, I've had 2 break on me (lost the 3rd! LOL). So here's my summary;
Pros:
Easy to use
REALLY helps with falling straps
Really comfortable
Definitely helps the bra work for the chest
Cons:
Plastic broke after a couple months of use
It's a little annoying remember where you put that plastic piece every day :)

Overall, it's worked for what I bought it for! It is hard to put on yourself; my husband has had to help me every time. If you have larger breasts like me (DDD), it can still dig into your neck, and my straps are thick on my bras, so they're a little bit harder to get into the clip. Other than that, I have no complaints.I don't use them to increase cleavage. I use them when I'm wearing razorback tanks or tops.Customer Review: Not as easy as they make it look

I ordered this item thinking it would be as easy to put on as they showed on the commercial. It was not! My husband had to help put it on after, readjusting my straps a couple of times. It did what it said it would do, but not to the extent that it shows on T.V. It took a moment to see how they are suppose to be used but once I figured it out they worked great. I had actually forgot I had it on until I was getting undressed and had to remove it. I recommend any women to buy a set and have it on hand, it look so much nicer than seeing your bra straps hanging out from under your blouse.Customer Review: Don't Match

The clips look the same as they do on this page... but they come with packaging and instructions for an entirely different product! UGH, had to go searching for the instructions because the only way I could figure it out, it hurt and they popped off. Come to find out, I had them on right. There has to be a better option.
