Customer Review: Good Mirror - disappointed with the power cord setup

This is a seriously good quality mirror. I fitted it in our bathroom for my wife and she loves it. Seriously loves it. There is only 1 reason why I'm not giving it 5 stars. The power cord does not retract. Basically, there's approx 3ft of power cord that comes as standard with the mirror. However, I was wall mounting this mirror right next to an outlet in my bathroom. I was hoping that the base of the mirror would have some kind of cord retractable system so that I wouldn't have 2.8 ft of additional ugly cord laying around. Unfortunately this wasn't the case. I decided to disassemble the base and cut the cord to length and then re-crimp the cable. Looks great. If there were a power cord retractable system the mirror would be getting 5 stars. Really good quality.
