I am pleased with this product for the price. The face cleaners are an added xtra. Cleans my face exceptionally well before a shave. Perfect for what I needed it for. Delivery come on time with all parts included and in good condition. A nice product for least price. Water comes quick to boiling state and generate good amount of steam. Can set the timer for sauna. I am very happy with the subject Sauna. However I am very unhappy with the tardy delivery as it was to be a Christmas present. The product was originally scheduled to be delivered on December 21, 2006. I received it on January 2, 2007.

don't waste your $20 something dollars on this product, spend the $30 or $40 dollars to get a professional microdermabrasion every or every other month you won't regret it...the handheld tool was not even powerful enough to exfoliate your skin correctly and the steamer doesn't do a thingCustomer Review: Very Relaxing!

This product has helped me steam my face in a faster more convenient way as opposed to waiting for water to boil on the stove. It requires very little water and the water heats up very quickly. The steam is just the right temperature.. not too weak not too scalding. I really love it.
