Do not buy this facial sauna if you are looking forward to any steam coming out of it. I was so disappointed when I first used it, so I used it again to see if I would have a better experience. Well, I didn't. I wish I had never purchased this product. I get much better results and I'm 100 times happier just by boiling water and putting it in a bowl and using that as steam for a sauna. I have not used it since and I do not plan on using it ANYMORE! It's still brand new basically, but I am going to give it away, that's if anyone wants it. Please don't waste your money! I read some of the reviews and decided to get it. I wish hadn't purchased it.Customer Review: Perfect!

I'm a 19 year old college student who has NEVER had good skin. It's always been an uphill battle for me! I was looking at proactiv as a last resort, but thought I should try something more natural. This steamer is amazing! For those of you who believe there is not enoough steam, I don't know what to say! There is PLENTY of steam that comes out; I even had to back away a little bit. I used it last night and I immediately saw and felt a difference. Every woman should own this facial steamer, as it is truly a luxury in your own home! Who knew under my breakouts, was beautiful glowing skin!? So thankful to have found this product! I recommend it to anyone!Customer Review: I LOVE it !

I must say I was very surprised by this steamer, in a good way, when I got it. It is the BEST thing that I ever bought as far as my sinuses are concerned. I bought it in order to clean my pores but in the meantime got really bad sinuses infection and this little thing saved me !!! I poured chamomile tea into it and added few drops of menthol, covered my head with a towel and after half hour I was a new person ! Sinuses opened and my face looked better at the same time. I wish I knew about this little thing before. I love it so much that I keep it on a kitchen counter and steam sinuses whenever I catch free time. Great stuff !

For what I paid for this item, it is alright. The main issue I have with it, is it doesn't put out NEARLY enough steam and FORCE with the steam for my liking. So, the BEST way to get the most out of this product, is to throw a LARGE towel OVER your head and AROUND the unit as to create a steam TENT, and get your face as CLOSE the the base of the unit as possible without BURNING your nostrils ;) When doing this, the item does achieve what I want, although they should make the front part of the large cone a little taller and the edge more comfortable so you can TRULY rest your face on the rim, without searing your nose :)Customer Review: BEST ever- AMAZING price

I have owned this product for over a year. It is EXACTLY like products out there that cost over $300! I use the facial brush almost daily and my skin has improved drastically. I'm pretty impatient so I don't take time often enough to use the steamer but it is also great, especially if you drape a towel to tent your face in. I love this product SO MUCH that I have like 3 back-ups in case they ever discontinue it. I DO NOT want to pay the $300 for the only other facial scrubber out there I have seen. BUY THIS! You will not regret it. I actually have not even had to replace the batteries in a year! WONDERFUL product
