Overall, the product is not what is expect. First, the product is smaller than what I expected. Only the front of your face gets pampered, you have to manuever your face to get the sides steamed. Second, the amount of steam coming for the unit is like a cup of hot coffee. Finally, the product is a big rip off, if the manufactor wanted someone to enjoy it they would have made a product that is productive. Don't waste your money, put a pot of water on the stove and use it.Customer Review: comme la, comme sa

Ok - for those who want to do a general facial sauna. The gadgets can be safely thrown away, the nose-apapter is useless. Takes some time to start up and in my case the timer does not work. Don't want to be harsh, since it might very well be only for me but the bottom-line is a crude cheap product which I WILL ADVICE to purchase if you're looking for a simple model doing just that steaming to your face and you're ready to wait for 10 min. while the stuff heats up.Customer Review: Cool

Very nice. i like that you dont use a lot of water because i used distilled deer park water. I put my moisturizer on before I steam and my pores look way smaller the next morning. Drink lots of water too. With this order i never received the brush and I wrote to customer service. They sent me another one without me asking for it. I just wanted the brush and if you cant send just the brush dont bother Im good. Overall a good buy. It was my christmas present.Customer Review: A WONDERFUL ITEM ESPECIALLY FOR THE PRICE

I agree with reviews stating it takes awhile to get going but 8-10 minutes and it's going great. I also agree the noise is a slight hiss. The only problem I had was that I got so relaxed the beep of the timer woke me.
I think this is a great product for the price. The brushes are a nice extra.
I like the pampering I can do at home with this just as much as going out to spa.--- That makes it a real money($) saver.

This product IS fantastic for sinus pain sufferers. Quick to set up and easy to use. The facial cone is an awkward shape and maybe a little short, but it's reasonable for one size fits all. I bought it for sinus pain relief, so no comment on the other tools. It's a bargain and a major necessity if you need a safe and convenient way to steam your sinuses.
The only reason this is rated a 4 and not a 5 is because it's not a high-end product.
