Customer Reviews of Conair SR10 Shower Radio, BlackCustomer Review: Awful 1 Stars
Upon opening, my son found the On/Off button broken. Figured I had nothing to lose so I opened it up and attempted to fix it, the switch assy was broken on the circuit board. After three attempts I threw it away since I only paid ten dollars for it, it wasn't worth the five dollars to return it. It would have failed anyway due to the cheap manufacturing. Don't buy this or any of the other colors it's offered in.
Customer Review: Not worth the price - even at $9 Summary: 1 Stars
I bought this radio, thinking that I would buy a cheap shower radio to see if I even got good radio reception in my shower before upgrading to a nicer model. But when I tried to use this Conair Shower Radio, the radio station wouldn't even change! The dial turns, but the frequency does not. Unless I want to listen to Spanish party tunes every morning, I think it's time to look at some other shower radios.
Customer Review: Crap reception, poor engineering Summary: 1 Stars
I should have known that buying the cheapest shower radio was a bad idea.
The radio can get some stations, but you can't be picky. It actually receives one station over and over again no matter which direction the tuning points at. So as I turn the dial, it will get station A, station B, station A, station C, static, station A, static, station A, station D, ... you get the picture.
Customer Review: Boo Hiss! Summary: 1 Stars
Hsskrrspttzzzzhss. Hear that? It is the incredible amount of static coming out of this radio, fresh out of the package. All of the stations have some static, and my favorite station is unrecognizable. I am returning this product, and using the new Ising shower radio that I bought. It's button is harder to use to turn it on, and my last one wore out too soon, but at least it had great reception.
Customer Review: Faulty Product Summary: 1 Stars
I bought this as a gift for my roommate. There must be something wrong with the wiring inside because it keeps turning itself off and cutting out. When switched to AM, the radio just emits a loud electronic buzzing noise. On FM, it will not properly tune into any stations, and the volume is too low to hear anything when the shower is running. I would not recommend anybody buy this product.
