Although I love this company, I found this pre-wash to be ineffective on make up. Normal make up is what I'm referring to when I refer to make up, mascara, base, etc...
It is also a bit oily for me and the oil is hard to get rid of when you use your cleanser after it. I also was a bit allergic to it and had a reaction in my eyes when I used it.
I would recommend most products from this company but was not happy with this.
