Don't get your hopes up...don't even bother!!! This tool is impossible to use on the nose and surrounding areas where it is needed most. I did manage to attempt extraction on a few stray clogged poors, but the tool takes off a couple layers of skin and leaves a little red mark/blister before the blackhead even begins to budge. The amount pressure you have to put on the tool is painful and brings blood to the surface. Unfortunately you are left with a red blood circle surrounding the blackhead, and irritated skin...may as well have spueezed it!
